"I was diagnosed with graves disease in 1992 and took the radiation pill to kill off my thyroid. However thyroid was overactive for so long that the graves disease had progressed to the point of protruding eyes.
My eyes water all the time and light makes it worse. I have had to have glasses for double vision caused by the protruding of the eyes. This condition has only gotten worse. On January 9th I saw an ophthalmologist to see what my options were for correcting my eyes. He measured the protrusion and the space where my eyes do not close when I blink or close them...
He then gave me 3 options for correcting the cause of everything: steroids, radiation treatments, or eye surgery. He also insisted that I see an Endocrinologist to make sure my thyroid has been stable long enough to do one of the treatment choices he gave me.
I started taking Carefree’s Fruits & Vegetables on January 20th. I started taking them because, like most people, I do not get enough fruit & vegetables in my diet.

In 2005, I sustained a neck injury. None of my doctors are sure how this happened, but I woke up one morning with 5 herniated disks and a severely pinched nerve according to the MRI report. For the next 3 months, I was treated with steroid injections and various pain killers. My pain was so severe and my blood pressure spiked and I ended up in the ER via ambulance.

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis at the age of 50. I was placed on Fosimex and calcium supplements at that time. I was unable to take the medication and supplements because of the nausea and the ulcer that formed in my stomach as well as some sensitivity to some of the over-the-counter calcium supplements.
My first bone scan was done in 1997 and showed that I had osteoporosis in my left hip and the lumbar region of my back. There were subsequent scans taken in 1999 and 2001, they showed no improvement.
